Vendor Setup Information

Gate Opens for Vendors: 7:00 AM
Customer Entry: 9:00 AM

Vendors will have two full hours to set up their booths.
To ensure a smooth start for everyone, we ask all vendors to arrive no later than 8:00 AM. Early arrival helps us avoid delays, manage traffic flow, and maintain an organized setup for all participants.

Tent & Equipment Requirements

A tent is highly recommended for shade and to create a uniform, professional look for the market.

Because Tomball frequently experiences mid-to-high winds, we REQUIRE tent weights on every leg of your tent — no exceptions.
This rule is in place for the safety of all vendors, customers, and property.

If you rented a tent or table through us, it will be set up and ready before you arrive.

Cancellation & Credit Policy

If you are unable to attend a market, we offer vendor credit for up to the next two markets, as long as we receive notice in advance.
This allows us to reassign your space and maintain a full, organized vendor lineup.

No-shows without notice will not be eligible for credit or refunds.
